Registration and fees

Sessions, lunches, refreshments, the welcome reception, the exhibition, the Challenge Exchange and a CPD certificate are all included. Prices include 20% UK VAT, and an invoice is issued automatically with every registration.

Group rate: 3 or more delegates from one organisation save 10% on each full or one-day pass.
Low and lower-middle income countries: delegates based in these countries (World Bank list) save 30%. Discounts don't combine; the larger one applies.
Presenters: each accepted abstract needs one paid registration by 15 January 2027 to stay in the programme.

The welcome reception on Monday 1 February, with a civic welcome.

Certificate & proceedings

A CPD-hours certificate and digital access to the abstract book.

The gala dinner (Tuesday 2 February, Elphinstone Hall) is included in every full-conference pass except Student (attending). Student-attending and one-day passes can add a gala ticket for £85.

How to pay

Card, invoice or purchase order.

Choose card payment for an instant VAT receipt, or request an invoice if your university or company pays by bank transfer against a PO.

Card

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe checkout. We do not see or store your card number.

Invoice / PO

Add your purchase-order number and finance contact. Pay by UK bank transfer within 30 days, and before the conference starts.

Group bookings

Register several colleagues at once on a single invoice, with the group discount applied automatically.

Visa letters

Invitation letters for visa applications are issued from your portal once your registration is paid.
